Welocalize Redesign of Enterprise Website

As the Creative Director, Visual Design at Welocalize I was tasked with executing a complete redesign of the site in less than 2 months. Final content was delivered to me less than 3 weeks before launch date. I hired on a new developer and managed his work and collaboration as well as wireframed, prototyped, designed and launched the complete 16 page site in less than 3 weeks. In the first week of launch the increase in lead generation was 67%.
